What we collect

If you buy something, the details needed to fulfil it: name, address, email, and the order itself. Nothing on the site collects an email address today: there is no newsletter, no mailing list, and no way to subscribe. If you write to hello@emberandmain.com, we receive your message and the address you sent it from. The Scent Finder runs entirely in your browser — your answers are not transmitted to us, not stored, and are gone as soon as you leave the page.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled by our payment processor and the details go straight to them.

Who else sees it

The processors required to run the shop: a payment provider, and a fulfilment partner who needs your shipping address. They may only use it to perform that service. Messages sent to hello@emberandmain.com are received through Zoho Mail; that is the only thing any email service does for us, because there is still no newsletter, no mailing list, no subscription form, and no marketing email. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

We send no marketing email, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. If you have a question about privacy on this site, write to hello@emberandmain.com.
