What we collect

If you buy something, the details needed to fulfil it: name, address, email, and the order itself. If you subscribe, your email address and how you subscribed. If you take the Scent Finder, your answers, so we can send you the result.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled by our payment processor and the details go straight to them.

Who else sees it

The processors required to run the shop: a payment provider, a fulfilment partner who needs your shipping address, and an email provider. They may only use it to perform that service. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
